Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed, your profile, messages, activity history, and media cannot be recovered. Please read the data retention section carefully before proceeding.
Launch the BuddySurf app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap your avatar in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile.
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right corner of your profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account. You will be prompted to confirm.
Type your password or confirm via biometrics to authorise the permanent deletion. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Email us at support@buddysurf.com from the email address associated with your BuddySurf account.
